Established in 2011

Since 2011, we have had the privilege of helping many happy and satisfied clients through personal injury claims, divorces, bankruptcies, criminal matters, and a few other matters.

Johnathan Duncan was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2006. Initially working in Payson, Utah doing collections and construction law. After that, he moved to Georgia where and obtained his license to practice law there as well. While in Georgia he worked as in-house counsel doing contracts and UCC Article 9 transactions. 

In 2010, he moved back to Utah and worked for the Bankruptcy Center of Utah. Mr. Duncan started Duncan Law in 2011 as a solo practitioner.  At first he was doing bankruptcies and then began doing personal injury and divorce cases. He has helped many satisfied clients through these types of legal proceedings.
